Trudiea is a Hawkes Bay Based Clothing Company where the clothing is designed and manufactured. We produce limited clothing lines weekly.
We do not repeat any designs in the same fabric so not everybody has the same out-fit as you. We like to keep your garments very limited
(Which is the reason we sell out fast on most clothing lines, trick is to get in fast as lightning and keeping track of the Trudiea Up-dates)
New clothing lines come in weekly. We don't do seasonal fashion lines, we keep things different each week to keep it interesting
for you to Enjoy. Everything we design and produce is all 100% New Zealand and we love keeping it that way for you. We listen
to all feedback and take on what you have to say so we can keep you happy. So keep up with all your feedback, we love chatting with you!

The Face Of Trudiea
Trudi was born in Tolaga Bay Past Gisborne (East Coast) a little sea side village. Trudi and
her older sister Larissa ventured to the beach everyday which is a 2minute walk. They spent
the whole day swimming and collecting b00-b00s (cats eyes) known as sea snails. It was
the most exciting thing to do back in her childhood days (she laughs). When the sea snails
were eaten Trudi would collect all the cats-eyes and start sewing them onto old clothes
cutting them up creating skirts having the cats-eyes as little jewels. Thats when the Passion
of Fashion shone through Trudi at an early age of 6 years old. Trudi already knew how
to sew up a skirt and a teddy bear at a young age. As for the Clothing Name Trudiea
Trudi knew at an early age that it would be her Fashion Label. It occurred when Trudi did
something naughty (she Laughs) and was yelled at using the name TRUDIEA! What Have
You Done NOW! Thinking she was doing a GREAT job painting (in her most two favourite
colours black and white) a dress on her pet lamb. We know what happened there! The lamb
was the most fashionable lamb in the yard. Fond Memories (She Laughs). The Lamb made
a full recovery making new headlines in the sheep Fashion Magazine. Trudi then grew up
focusing on her sport (Netball and Swimming) still venturing in her fashion designing
which Trudi continued with. Completing College and moving into Business studies. Trudi
was still not satisfied so with the support of her grandfather she then moved onto a Bachelor
of Fashion Design which she excelled in. Giving her more motivation and inspiration
to expand her Label and love for Fashion. After a tough year that really threw Trudi around,
having no assets and nothing in her pocket, Trudi succeeded in setting up a business which
is booming, offering more every time! No matter what happens in life the main thing is to
remember to always have determination and positivity set in your mind, and ANYTHING
is possible!
